I just finished my dinner with 0 carbs intake. How I yearn for a ramen! The slippery noodle in a flavorful soup base full of MSG and fat. I was hallucinating whether I should have shouyu flavor or tonkotsu flavor....speaking of tonkotsu, I also want tonkatsu and maybe throw in a few kaki fry please!
STOP STOP STOP!! I am hungry...ok will suck it up.... I better go do my sit-ups for today.
Is anyone having food hallucinations like me? Come to think of it, I should have gone to the champagne tasting with Fergie tonight and just SPAT everything out, or pretend to like Fergie did....just kidding!
haha! Yeah, suck it up. Withdrawal pangs are natural. Mine were for curry and yes, I feel your pain on the tonkatsu and kaki fry.
ReplyDeleteThat said, I finished PCP last month, have the freedom to eat plates and plates of those foods, but only felt like it once.
Make sure to really savour the food you have! Treat yourself to the best things you can have on the PCP - nicer fish, fruit, herbs etc. You deserve it with all the exercise and general lifestyle change going on.
