Today is my first full day of measured meals. I stared at my 3 pieces of toast and was so full by the end of it. I think I will switch to rice tomorrow as it's easier to chow down a few mouthfuls of rice than 3 pieces of toast. (I normally eat 1 piece of toast for breakfast)
Exercises today was only 800 jumps. After doing 500 in the morning I had to dash off, so I finished the remaining 300 before dinner. As I was a lazy jetlagged bum yesterday, I decided to do my lunges, resistance bands and leg lifts from Day 13. It wasn't too bad but my ankle is a bit sore afterwards...maybe it's because I was skipping without shoes on? (but on a yoga mat though...)
I had a cod day, cod for lunch and cod for dinner. It was a coincidence but no more cod at least for the coming week! I wonder if cod is too fatty as a protein source? But omega 3 should be good for you right? surprisingly, cod without sauce/seasoning/salt still tasted pretty good.
No pound lost and still couldn't fit into my pre-pregnancy jeans. Well I was assigned NO carbs for dinner this week so let's see if I can survive...I am usually a carbo lover. Bring on the udon, rice, pasta, and sticky rice cake! May the force be with me....
