So Fergie and I arrived early this morning after a 12 hour flight from Milan.
Confession: we haven't talked much about our diet for the past week because we couldn't follow them very well!! We are suckers for good food and wine and yes this is no excuse at all, but it is just soooo difficult to improvise while on the road, and out of all places, Italy!! To begin with, we didn't have a scale with us.
The only consolation is we have been really good with our exercises since Day 1 and throughout the trip...until today --> I only managed to do 250 jump ropes PERIOD. I didn't sleep on the plane and I was awake most of the day spending time with the twins so finally the jetlag kicked in...
I promise I will pick myself up tomorrow again. Please yell at me if I don't!
I don't think I have lost any weight nor do I feel leaner since Day 1 because I haven't been compliant with the diet. Today is the first time we actually weighed our food. Lunch was rice vermicelli with chicken, carrot, beans with a tiny dash of soy sauce and olive oil. Dinner was steam chicken with ginger and scallion (no salt) with boiled veg and rice. My 50g carb component was puny but all in all, I am not starving now. Looking forward to my night snack later!
It is evident from everyone's blog that everyone is doing really well in PCP which has been a great positive reinforcement. I hope I can see some results in the coming weeks now that I am determined to be more self-discipline in the food department.
